Hello! My name is Mia Kennedy and I am an incoming Senior at Legend High School. Soccer has always been a huge part of my life. I have so much love for the game, whether I'm playing with my club or high school team, going to private training sessions, practicing on my own, or just watching. I love everything about it! Because I love the game so much, I hope to be able to continue playing soccer as I advance into the next step in my academic career and attend college.
I currently play as a defensive center-mid (6) for Real Colorado Sporting 03/04 team. We have a lot of upcoming showcases and games that I'm very excited for!
I have worked hard to become a great play-maker, one-on-one attacker, and a leader on and off the field. My determination, passion, and work ethic all drive me to improve myself every training and every game. Outside of club and high school practices, I train on my own, whether that's elevating my fitness, going to private trainings, or kicking the ball around with my dad on the field. At school, I enjoy challenging myself by taking difficult Honors and AP classes, and was able to maintain a 4.0 GPA all of last semester.
I want to attend a college that is a good match for me academically and that challenges me athletically. I hope to find the college that is the right fit and that allows me to play at the highest level of competition possible with a coach that will help me to always improve.
