Cristina "Tina" Austin '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I am from Portland, CT and am graduating with the class of 2026. I love soccer and it has always been a huge part of my life, which is why I would like to continue my soccer career after high school. I play club soccer for Sporting CT in the DPL League and am coached by Matt Cameron. Currently, I am a junior at Portland High School and I have been a varsity starter since my freshmen year. My main position is forward, but I also play outside midfield. My strength on the field in my speed and explosiveness. I am versatile player and use my left and right foot equally. I have a very good work ethic and always come ready to work and give 110%. I am also a team player who constantly encourages my teammates and does everything in my power to not only better myself, but the entire team. I participate in a wide range of extracurriculars, and am a high-achieving student. I hope my strengths will benefit a collegiate level team. College soccer is essential to my future, as I hope to play at the highest level of competition that I am able to. I know that my hard work and dedication will allow me to meet the expectations I have set for my future.
