Tell coaches about your collegiate goals and aspirations.
My name is Sadie Levinson, and I am a proud member of the Class of 2026 at Saint Andrew’s High School in Boca Raton, Florida. I am a passionate defender, playing center and right back for both my high school varsity soccer team and my travel team, Team Boca ECNL R. My soccer journey has been marked by dedication and success, including four State Cup Championships, three Regional Championships, and a National Championship in 2024. I am honored to have earned Honorable Mention recognition from the Palm Beach Post during my first and second years, highlighting my contributions to our team’s achievements. Academically in my first semester junior year, I earned a 3.97 weighted GPA while balancing the demands of being a student-athlete. Looking ahead, I aspire to play soccer at the collegiate level while pursuing a degree in communications with a focus on athletics. My long-term goal is to build a sports marketing or broadcasting career, combining my love for sports with my academic and professional aspirations.
What makes you a good candidate for their team?
My leadership and service extend beyond soccer, reflecting my dedication to making a meaningful impact. As a Top Soccer Volunteer Buddy, I’ve supported children with disabilities during games and clinics, dedicating over 25 weeks annually to fostering inclusion and joy through the sport I love. I am also an active member of the Pediatric Cancer Junior Committee. I’ve led fundraising efforts like the Popcorn/Super Bowl events, raising significant funds for pediatric cancer research and earning recognition for Outstanding Fundraising Achievement in 2024. Additionally, I’ve taken on leadership roles in my school’s SA 4 USA Club, where I’ve interviewed veterans and shared their stories through our school magazine, honing my storytelling and communication skills. These experiences have shaped my character, leadership abilities, and commitment to serving others, qualities I will bring to any collegiate program.
What differentiates you from other recruits in character, athletics, and academics?
After facing an ACL injury in the spring of 2024, I embraced the challenge of recovery with resilience and determination. Through months of focused rehabilitation and training with Barwis Performance Training, I’ve become more assertive and motivated than ever. I am thrilled to return to the field with my high school team as we compete in district championships, ready to contribute to our success with renewed passion and energy. My versatility as a player allows me to confidently take on multiple positions, adapting to the needs of my team while delivering consistent performances. Beyond soccer, I am deeply committed to service, having founded a school club modeled after the Top Soccer Program, where I organize events, run clinics, and manage outreach efforts. My holistic approach to development—combining academic achievement, athletic excellence, community service, and leadership—ensures I am prepared for the demands of collegiate soccer and ready to contribute meaningfully to the college community.
