Of all the years I had the opportunity to win the MVP trophy the most memorable one was at a tournament where guys and girls were mixed and instead of one of the guys getting it, which is what usually happens, they gave it to me. It really impacted me that they choose me, but it also made me learn that I shouldn’t underestimate myself because I worked hard for it. I feel like I was born as an athlete and that I love every sport but I always priorities soccer. Soccer has always felt like a second family that anyone could join.
My future is unpredictable, but I picture myself focusing on my studies majoring for occupational therapy and committed as a soccer player where I release my stress and take control of my passion. I have had many obstacles, but I feel that the biggest one has been myself and underestimating the things I’m capable of and I just have to remind myself that I can do it and to keep going forward. My best advantage that I have is that I learn from my mistakes and that I’m a fast learner, that’s why I feel that I’m great for your team.
