Angel Oneill '16 Recruiting Profile

My goal for my future is to study biology and then go into further education in Veterinary Medicine. When I look at colleges, I want a school where I am capable of playing the sport I love while also studying biology and possibly having a vet internship. What makes me different from other players is the fact that no matter what I will give everything I have out on the field. Even if I am having the worst game ever, I will push myself as hard as my body allows me and play my heart out to make sure I don't let my team down. After tearing my ACL and having to sit out of the beautiful game for a year, I understand the concept to play every game like it's your last, making me push harder in each and every game. I enjoy to stand up and be the responsible team leader. Even if my team is having  a bad game I know the point of the game is to have fun, so I always make sure I try my best to cheer my teammates up. When I notice one particular person might not be having their best game, I make sure I compliment them more so they can gain their own confidence and pick up their game play.
