I am a student-athlete at Admiral Farragut Academy in Saint Petersburg, Florida. I have always been a student athlete ever since the 4th grade when I was playing on varsity middle school teams. My GPA as a student athlete has never fell below a 3.75. To succeed in sports, or my sport, soccer, I realized academics have to come first. Without a passing GPA or without that 1,000 word essay turned in at midnight, you wont be able to play the game you love and your faith and game play will begin to dwindle. My collegiate goals and aspirations are to end my 4 year collegiate soccer career as an all star player and to be graduated with a degree in Political Science and in Foreign Language. I am a team player. I realize without a team having your back and helping make the game plays possible then there is no you. I look for that open pass down the line or the cross on the far back post or the give and go down the field with only one mind set, reaching the goal. I have tenacity and I wont stop until the ball is in my possession. I am a very physical and strategic player. The mind set and play making of soccer comes easy to me and so does my intelligence in academics.
