Jasmine Brown '12 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to become not only a great athlete but to become a more educated citizen. I also want to represent the college that I will be attending respectfully and honorably. Education is very important to me and I know without that, chances to succeed is minimal. This year as a sophomore, I was selected as a team captain. I have been fortunate to have started each game since I was a freshman. I have played a variety of positions on the high school soccer team. The location of where I attend college isn't important but the fact that I live in Georgia allows me to qualify for HOPE scholarship. Therefore, if I dont received a academic/athletic scholarship out of state, I'm subject to attend a University somewhere in Georgia. My ambition is to attend college regardless of what division level institute provides me the opportunity. My overall intent is to receive a good education for life after college. I want a college/university that can help me prepare for life after my graduation and become successful. I have a vast interest in music and I want to minor in music due to the fact that I love to play the guitar and other instruments. I'm still deciding on what major to strive for. I'm open for all opportunities that any college is willing to give me. I can learn anything if giving the opportunity. I hope that any soccer coach will take a chance on me and provide me the opportunity to play for their team.
