Reflecting is something I do very often now that I am getting older, into early adulthood. Self-reflection as well as gratitude has been on my mind lately since my parents have been sacrificing themselves for me obtaining my goals more and more each day as I approach adulthood. My story is how appreciation has motivated me and how I pledge to pay it forward not only with soccer, academics but just simply how i live my life. What would probably stand out the most is my love for God first but right under God is soccer for sure. My love for the game. I have played for about 8 years now starting at 8 on a local recreational team and spotted as a star and suggestion was made to get into club soccer which I did. I have a strong soccer IQ, aggressive but smart spirit on the field make sure i protect my entire team and my goalie as the defensive player. I make sure I know where my all players are on the field and instinctively plan the ball at their feet. I just love the game.
