The sport of soccer is more to me than just a game, it is about being part of another family. Being part of a soccer family means that we work together as a team, learn from each other, and most importantly support each other on and off the field. My parents have instilled in me a hard work ethic, and have taught me the importance of always be coach able, learn from your mistakes, and encourage others. With all of these traits, I feel that I am ready to play at the collegiate level. I work very hard to excel on the field as well as in the classroom. I take many honor classes as well as AP classes. In the future, I want to pursue my academics in the Medical Field and pursue my dream of becoming a Pediatric Physician. Serving and assisting others can be the light for others. Therefore, I strive to live by my motto: Matthew 5:16: “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your father in heaven”.
