I've been playing soccer since I was 6 years old, starting in rec and moving to club soccer when I was 11. I love the sport and the bonds and friendships it has brought me. I try first to be a good teammate. I see the field well and can anticipate, quickly, my next move and what needs to happen for the play to unfold (these are strengths coaches tell me I have, as well). I'm also the type of player you can move to any position where needed. While I played center back most of last season, I've also played attacking and holding mid and even striker when needed. I work hard on the field and get along with all teammates and coaches. I'm able to accept coaching, criticism, and advice and use it to get better. I'm also a good team leader (currently captain of my travel team) and am able to constructively advise teammates during practice and games.
I plan to get a Bachelor's degree in possibly Nursing or some type of science in order to move on to PA school. I'd like to work in the field of dermatology after college either as an RN or PA.
