Soccer has been a major part of my life ever since I can remember. Even from a young age I have loved competing. As I have gotten older I have learned to appreciate the beauty of the game and the team aspect has become a much more essential part of my purpose for playing. I am constantly looking for opportunities to practice and improve my game. I have great teammates and first-rate coaches that are constantly pushing me to be better. On top of team practices and working on my own at home, I am grateful to enjoy 1v1 training with a personal trainer. I love the game of soccer and I'm doing my best to prepare for the next level.
I have been fortunate to play many different positions, but I am almost always considered an attacking player. I have the speed and tenacity to win the ball in the attacking 3rd, which can often lead to goal scoring opportunities. My endurance allows for me to fulfill my defensive responsibilities while still having plenty in reserve for attacking. I strive to make dangerous and penetrating runs that create chances for my team.
Outside of soccer I have many hobbies and interests. I run Cross Country and this past fall, I took 2nd in districts and 5th in state as a freshman. I've played the piano for 9 years and the violin for 5 (and counting). We operate an alpaca farm and we have over 20 alpacas consistently in our care and the chore list is long!
I'm not positive on my major at this point, but the one that captivates my interest the most is an Education degree which would allow me to work in childhood development in the future. Working on the farm has fostered a love of animals and perhaps there is a future in that as well.
The most important things in my life are faith and family. They guide and influence my life choices more than anything else.
