My club team and I winning the premiere league division for 14U in Indiana, allowing us to be invited to the national league and making it to the semi-final state cup game have been the highlights of my soccer career. These are both exciting things but, I feel I have grown the most in my soccer career when my club team won the first division in Indiana. We hadn't won much the years before and winning first division was my and my teams first big step to being great. From winning that I became a great leader on and off the field, I was a lot more dedicated toward the game and I realized that playing soccer at a high and competitive level was one of my major goals.
Over the years I have learned the values of dedication, hard work, team work and focus. I am looking for a school that will fit me not only athletically but academically as well. I believe I have the skill set to compete for a college team and have the work ethic and leadership to join a program and make a significant impact. As a 2 - sport athlete, both sports being mentally and physically demanding I am sure I have what it takes to compete at an elite level.
