Hi. I'm Shayla Meinders. I'm a Senior at Pendleton Heights High School in Indiana. During my freshman year of playing high school, I started as a Junior Varsity goalkeeper by beating out a Junior. In the Winter and Spring, I play for Hoosier FC Wolves I located in Noblesville, IN, which is the premier team of three in my age group. In 2012-2013, I played for Brian Simpson, the Assistant Coach for Ball State University. Then, I went down to the second team which this year are expected to make it to State Cup, but in the other side of the bracket of the first team. My strengths as a keeper include exploding out of the goal to get the low ball on the ground and good work ethic. For my Sophomore and Junior year, I'm going to work my tail of to make Varsity. In school, I have a 3.5 GPA on a 4 point scale, and in the future working really hard for a 3.6 or better.
