I have always taken soccer serious, even throughout my early years of playing. I fully committed to soccer, and chose never to play another sport as soccer is my passion. Throughout my years, I have sacrificed much time to become a better athlete and even a better person. I have concluded that sports do not just help keep you in shape, but they help build character, which has helped me keep a high academic standard for myself. If I must discipline myself for the sport I love, then I must discipline myself in other aspects of my life. I do everything I can to become a better player, such as picking up any game I can and doing extra training outside club. I never turn down a game, it's good to help other players and coaches out. A challenge is what I constantly look for. I challenge myself in the classes that I choose, whether they focus on one area of study or to a whole different one. I find it important to have many tools under your belt, as it will help you in the future. It may even help someone else. I try to help out as much as I can and support my teammates and coaches. I have no problem sticking up for them, and will always show them respect no matter what. That goes for my opponents as well. Whatever the coaches and my teammates ask from me, I will give them my all.
