Girls Soccer High...Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Maria Antonia Escobar, I study in GI School in Colombia. I always dreamed of playing my favorite sport in an international university, that's why I'm the best candidate for your team. I started playing soccer since I was 7 years old and I finally received the support and permission from my parents at 11 to play seriously. In my country there are not enough women's soccer teams where you can practice and play. So I started practicing soccer on the boys' soccer team at school for a while, until they insisted on coaching on my junior high and high school girls' soccer team. I'm the captain of my high school's soccer team and outside of school I'm part of the under 19 junior team and the Atletico Tebaida team. I also participated in different sports like basketball, volleyball, tennis, swimming, cycling, golf and other extracurricular activities.
