Personal Statement

Dear Prospective Coach,

The game of soccer has played such a significant role in my life. It not only is my passion, but soccer has taught me important values of leadership and teamwork, which I have been able to apply to different parts of my life. I have been playing the competitive sport since I was six, and the game has occupied a special place in my heart ever since then.

Throughout my soccer career I have played in two different club teams in Spain, and one high school team in Minnesota. I have also played the Ragionals five times, being the captain of the team twice, and the Nationals once, getting first place.

I want to continue my love for the game of soccer and love for my team at the collegiate level; and if you choose me for your roster, I will devote everything I can to your team to win and spread positive energy to everyone around me.
