Personal Statement
Combining my academic studies with playing soccer at an elite level is my dream. I have played for state and national teams in Australia in U17s and U20s, been part of developmental academies and programs and I love working hard to achieve my dreams. I am a team player and believe a goalkeeper's role is to lead from the back, providing constant feedback to my team to maximise our performance and stepping up as a shotstopper when required. I play on court in indoor soccer at Premier League level to refine my touch and passing accuracy. My school team won every match in 2019 taking out the Puma Trophy for NSW Sports High Schools and the All Schools Challenge for NSW and I conceded just 4 goals in 7 games. I played as No 1 for NSW in the Australian School Sports Championships in September 2019, keeping 5 clean sheets for my game time and NSW won the National title. I was selected in the All Australian Team to play at Dallas International Cup in 2020. This has now been postponed to the 2021 tournament.
I am a diligent student who works hard to maintain good grades at the same time as following my soccer dreams. My current GPA is 3.38 for NCAA Div 1 requirements and I am studying English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Modern History and Hospitality. I am part of the FFA High Performance Football School Program at Westfield Sports High School and this includes team and goalkeeper training as well as gym and education components.

In addition I have State representation since 2014 at both School Sport Australia Nationals and FFA National Youth Championships and National Training Centre Challenges (national identification tournaments). I am still age eligible for the next cycle of qualification for the AFC Championships and World Cup with the Young Matildas and played in an Elite ID game for this team in March 2020.
I’m finishing my fourth year at Thomas Jefferson University in spring 2025. Over my first 3 years at Jefferson I have been awarded goalkeeper of the year (fall 2023) and selected by the team as captain.
After graduating I am looking to continue my soccer journey at a competitive level.
