Personal Statement
I am a self - motivated, committed individual and strive for continuous improvement in everything I do. On the pitch, I am a creative player who likes to receive the ball between the lines and provide the link between midfield and attack. Defensively, I am able to remain patient and disciplined in order to prevent forward play and eventually regain possession. With the ball, I possess an awareness of where my team mates are and am able to find them quickly as a result of this.
At school, I work diligently to learn new subject content, and organize my time very effectively in order to balance my revision and training. I am particularly strong at subjects such as English, French and Science, where I am able to explain my ideas clearly and apply knowledge to new situations. In the future, I hope to study in the areas of sport and science, and I believe that my GCSE and A level subject choices will help me to achieve this.
In addition to this, I recently completed the FA level 1 coaching award. I found this engaging and would consider coaching in the future.
