Personal Statement
Hello!,
My name is Elham (or Alma) Al-bokoor. I’m a dedicated and passionate soccer player from Jordan, I am eager to take my game to the next level. I aspire to play professionally and represent my country on the international stage. Despite facing academic challenges in the past, I've overcome them through hard work and determination. I’m proud of my recent academic growth as I’ve went from an IB student with 2-3 grades to 5-7 grades and am confident in my ability to balance rigorous academics, healthy lifestyle, with athletic excellence.
I feel what differentiates me from the rest is that I can take and give constructive criticism and I’m happy to learn from advice, I also aim to carry my country’s name and language with me wherever I go in life and hope to be a great idol for girls in my country as I grew up having have no representation to look up to in my sport. I know that wherever I go I will be one of the best if given the chance as I’ve learned and honed qualities and skills over the years that have paid off through games. I’m a team player who thrives on collaboration and support. My commitment to the sport is unwavering, and I’ve taken initiative to promote women’s soccer in my community through teaching, mentoring, training, and even raising awareness about women’s sports through a school project graded by the IB. I'm excited about the opportunity to contribute to your team and learn from experienced coaches and talented players!

- I did a bit of training with the U-20 Jordanian National team for a few months to gain compeptitive expeirience (I do NOT play in the JORWNT as of right now).

- 1 year at De La Salle collage Amman training in the vollyball team.
