Sarah Bernhardt '20 Recruiting Profile

    I've been playing Soccer longer than I can remember. I saw my brother in the backyard playing and I was so amazed about what he was doing.  Once I was old enough to join a team with the YMCA I've played ever since.  Something different about me is that I don't just play to win. I play with the intent to make myself and my team better. I also play with heart and give it my all no matter the situation. I believe I'm an athlete that's coachable and can take criticism as well as lead the other girls. I want to go to the next level and further my skills in this sport and show what I can do.

    In the classroom I work to help others as well as myself. I may not be the smartest in the classroom on paper but I still work hard and get things done with the intent to do well.  As well as on the pitch, in the classroom I see myself as a person someone can talk to if they need help with something they don't understand.
