Personal Statement

On and off the field, i am a team player. I take time to know my teammates and coaches. A team is not just a group of people you work with to win, a team is about about family and whether each player is devoted to keeping their head in the game and cooperate. I highly believe this statement. During practice, I try to maintain my energy for games and I focus on paying attention to skills that I know I need to work on. I take what I see and combine them in a game. I pick up things quite fast and I stay determined to win the game. If I happen to fail and lose the ball to the opposing team, I don't backdown immediately. I get right up and fight, and I push myself until I win it back. When i started soccer sophomore year, I was clueless and unaware of what I was going against, so i started on junior varsity at the beginning of the season. However, as soon as I stepped on to the field playing stopper, I knew what I was doing and pushed myself. And so, toward mid-season, i was bumped up to varsity. Soccer is the one thing that I love the most, I love it for the thrill, excitment, and just being part of a team. I would love to be able to continue my athletic journey throughout my college years for a school I'd have pride in taking the win for.
My family isn't the wealthiest, or the most poor, but I supposed my mother makes enough for my little sister, herself, and I to get buy. Whatever life throws at us, we stick together and get through it. Yes, I would need scholarships, grants, financial aid, or anything else i can manage pay for 4 years of college. But, I'm setting my mind to it because I know I'll make it. I don't have any preferences of any schools or what kind of school I want to attend, I just want a school that provides the programs and classes I want/need, and has an amazing team who is willing to accept me, Danielle Davis, onto the field for battle with them.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
