Personal Statement

My name is Marlee "Jojo" McCorkle. I am currently a defender for the '04-'05 Showcase Tennessee Soccer Club in Sumner County, Tn. I currently attend Greenwood High School in Bowling Green, Ky. I have been on the Varsity soccer team there since 2021. I am currently involved in the Leadership Club since 2020 and a starter as a Sophomore for Greenwoods Women's Varsity Soccer & Basketball Team since 2021. I am interested in studying business, maybe even speech pathology in college. Soccer has been a huge part of my life ever since I could walk. I feel as if I would be an asset to a collegiate team because I can adapt to different positions, I am quick to recover, and play smart while under pressure. I am a dedicated and hardworking student-athlete who is looking to play soccer at the next level.
