Hi, my name is Camdyn LaMarre. I intend to enroll in a four-year degree program in the fall of 2022 in pursuit of a B.A. I would like to play at the collegiate level because I enjoy the competition that soccer brings as well as the teammates and the whole idea of working together to achieve one common goal. In addition to working hard on the soccer field, I also work very diligently in the classroom. I've earned high honors with distinction, participate in student government, and I always strive to do the best work that I can in every subject. I am considering pursuing a law degree and getting my bachelor's degree in criminal justice. I participate in other sports in addition to soccer, such as tennis, and skiing, both cross country and downhill. In addition to this, I have previously participated in basketball and track, competing in the event hurdles.
To talk about soccer, I have played in an abundant amount of tournaments all over New England, with multiple teams, such as ODP and Central Maine United, which is a premier team. I was captain of my varsity team as a junior and I was selected as KVAC 1st team all-conference as a sophomore. Some of my best attributes are that I am incredibly fast, I play with both feet, and I am a playmaker. I always find the simple pass and know how to set up myself and others to play to their best ability. Coaches say that I am a very direct player, and I am most proud of the fact that my varsity coach named me captain because he said I have a positive attitude. I look forward to playing at the next level and am equally excited to build new relationships with my next team.
