My love for the game of soccer started from a very young age. From the moment I first stepped on the field, I knew I belonged there. Since I was in the 5th grade, I have played competitive soccer. I have learned many different skill sets and positions that have helped me flourish as a player. I have stepped into leadership roles I never thought I could do. From being able to help out the new players, to help and encouraging other players, to even strategizing with my team to find a way to win. When I first started the role of a leader, it was overwhelming. But just like everything, you just need time to learn. As I was doing better, I was able to communicate, direct, and set out possibilities on how we should go about situations. While I love the nature of the sport, I also love the people who make soccer possible for me. As I grow older, I want to continue to play throughout high school, college, and possibly further.
