Ella Gumienny '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi there, I’m Ella Gumienny, I am apart of the 2023 graduating class. I have been a goalkeeper for 9 years. It’s the one position on the field where I know my leadership, curiosity, and hard work is best put into place. I attend school at Blackstone Valley Tech. I am currently in the culinary arts shop at my school and am on my  fourth year here. 

After high school I am looking for a school that offers a team with confident and curious players.  I want a team with chemistry and with teammates and coaches that i know can and will push me to my full potential. On the Academic side i want a school that will challenge me, i want to be able to put my best foot forward and thrive. 

I love a challenge. I love to be pushed, and to feel that accomplishment when I know Ive achieved a new goal. Thats why im seeking to play a higher level of soccer. I love high school soccer, but I just know the work gets harder after high school. To most the sound of that might scare them, but to me it makes me excited. I want to go to that next level.
