Growing up I played multiple sports but soccer was a love at first game/sight/touch. I started playing club soccer in middle school. and before I even joined the team, the coach gave me a "D necklace". He taught me and inspired me to always hold on to the four Ds: determination, drive, discipline, and desire. I not only demonstrate the four Ds in soccer but strive to in every aspect of my life.
I do my best to show love to my teammates and remain positive in tough circumstances. Everyone can use encouragement, so I make sure to build them up no matter what. I've been thought from a young age that the best thing you can be is a hard worker. I give all of my efforts every practice and game. This helps me lead by example and push my teammates as well. When I step on the field I play for the glory of God and know that he has gifted me with the game. All my strength comes from him and playing soccer is a privilege. Sportsmanship is very important to me. I try my best every game and practice to remain composed and not to respond to negativity.
I am a technical and creative player and I love to run. I hold the ball well under pressure, speeding the game up when it is too slow and slowing the game down when it is too fast. Education is very important to me and I make sure to study hard. I've retained a high GPA and have signed up for classes that challenge me.
