Cassandra Gonzales '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Cassandra Gonzales and I currently play for Michigan Tigers FC , and the Varsity Skyline High School team. Throughout the years since I was born, my whole life has been revolved around sports. I've learned first-hand experience from the beginning, what it takes to become the best athlete and all around player you can be. I believe the way you succeed, depends on how much work you put into it, how much grit and passion you have for it, and how hard you're willing to work for it. I have been a three-sport athlete my entire life, and soccer has played a major role in the person I've become today. Just the thought of the game gives me motivation to work hard for what I want in life. I've learned to build opportunities for myself and I wish to encourage others how to as well. I don't just spend time for reward, but to gain experience. In college, I strive to find myself somewhere where I can constantly be pushed outside my comfort zone. From there, I'd love to continue to learn and grow everyday.
