Soccer is my favorite sport. I have played soccer ever since I was able to. I play it three times a year on a team/league. In the fall I play on a travel soccer team. In the winter I play on an indoor soccer league. This helps my foot skills during the off-season. In the spring I play on the high school team for Charlevoix, Michigan. They offer a Junior Varsity team and a Varsity team. I made the Varsity team last year (freshmen year), and I made it this year as well (sophomore year). So far in my soccer career I have played Goal Keeper, Center Back, Right Back, Center Midfield, Right Midfield, and Right Forward. My freshmen year of high school and the fall of 2013 I played Right Back the whole season. The fall of 2014 I played Center Back and I am currently playing Center Back for my current sophomore high school season. I started Charlevoix Travel Soccer in 2010. Three years later I joined the Petoskey Breakers team. I have played on Breakers for two seasons now. I plan to try-out for Vardar (a travel soccer league also in Petoskey) in the fall. I have played the entire game ever since I have started travel soccer. I have only came out of a game for injuries, including high school seasons. I work very hard to help my team in every way possible. I also play pick-up soccer in the summer with friends and I am attending a camp and a tournament so far for this coming summer. In soccer, I am willing to play any position the coach wants me to play. I always give 110% effort in games, scrimmages, and practices. I attend every practice that is scheduled unless I have a doctor or dentist appointment (I usually come after the appointments if I can make it). I am extremely dedicated to soccer. I work on my foot skills as much as possible and I always push myself to do better. I am very competitive as well. I always try to help my teammates, on or off the field. I think I would be a great asset to a college team. I take soccer seriously, even in practice. I plan to run Cross Country for the school I attend, Charlevoix High School, this coming fall. This will improve my running abilities and it will help to keep my body in shape. I am very interested in playing college soccer. I am planning on studying Business Marketing and Law in college. I would love to play soccer throughout college. I am willing to walk on the team as well, and I would attend every practice possible. I am very dedicated to teams, because soccer is very important to me. College isn't always a walk in the park, but I am very good at multitasking my school work and playing sports. I hope to play college soccer in the fall of 2017, I graduate from Charlevoix High School in May of 2017.
