I have been playing soccer for five years. I currently am the goal keeper for all of my clubs high school teams. I love the opportunity to play with the older teams as the level of play and strength of shots is very challenging. In order to play with the three, sometimes four, teams, I have to be on top of all of my homework. I am a very organized individual and this is the key to my success in school. I know that I can continue this work ethic through high school and beyond. I plan to become a Teacher. I am seeking a college that allows me to play at the highest level I can and receive my teacher certifiction.
I am involved in my church Youth group as well as participating in my Catechism classes. I do various charity work with my church such as babysitting in our nursery, packaging clothing and food to citizens in the Appalachian Mountains. I plan to a mission trip this summer with my church. I also help coach little kids with there soccer skills. Love playing with the little kids.
I believe I am a good candidate for a college team because I am always striving to do better. I am the first to practice and the last to leave. I focus very hard on what my coaches tell me so I can improve and help my team. I participate in extra Goal Keeper training when I am able. I attended College ID camps, College Pathway training, ODP training, Elite Keeper training, and I work with a private coach in metro Detroit. I have three years before I graduate from high school and I know that I can improve and be even better if I keep pushing myself.
I look forward to meeting with coaches and seeing where I am a good fit. I will work very hard in both academics and on the soccer field. I will give you all that I have to make the team successful.
