Hi! My name is Iyana Blake and I have been playing footy since I was 4 years old. Ever since I was introduced it was like love at first kick, each time I play I fall deeper and deeper in love with the sport. My dream has been to play at the next level for as long as I can remember and I have a massive support system that pushes me to not stop until my goal is reached. I have been the captain of my club team since I was 7 and the best part of my role is being able to encourage and push my teammates to their fullest. I love taking on the burden of controlling the game. One thing I pride myself on is staying positive even in negative situations, there have been more times than I'd like to admit that my team has been down but there has to be a voice to aid the team in locking in and handling business. I have been blessed with such a willing and hard-working group of girls that do not stop until then end which helps us persevere to the end!
