Elizabeth "Libby" Van Wagnen '20 Recruiting Profile

Soccer has been my passion since I was four years old.  As I matured, I realized just how much I loved the sport.   I learned how to apply discipline, commitment, and a driven attitude to my sport and the other aspects of my life.    My goal as a Jackson High School Viking is to graduate at the top of my class, and I am on track to achieving this goal.  To further my education in college, I am taking high school very seriously with an Sat prep class, and six Advanced Placement college courses.   College athletes are many times assisted with their academics and I plan to take advantage of the resources provided.  I learned most about myself when my high school team fell out of the silver CAAC tournament.  I responded immediately with an intention to make myself better for the team, and to help my teammates grow.  The following year, we placed fifth in the gold cup.   As a competitive athlete with an undeniable love for the game, I strive to place myself in a collegiate program.
