Hi my name is Amiyah Conwell and I have been playing soccer since I was 3 years old. I have played in community soccer programs, soccer clubs, and on my high school varsity soccer team. I have played defense in the past but my main position is head varsity goalkeeper. I am a junior at Waverly High Scool in Lansing, Mi and have been on my high schools varsity soccer team since my sophomore year. Soccer is my passion and main priority. My plan is to play college soccer once I graduate from high school in 2023. I love the atmosphere of soccer and playing and growing with a team and working toward a goal together. I pride myself on encouraging, motivating, and being supportive to my teammates as well as learning from them. I am extremely hard working on and off the field and always pushing myself to be better for myself, my coach, and my team. I am always looking for feedback and constructive criticism from my coaches and mentors on what I can do better as a goalie and where I need to improve. I am always eager and full of energy every time I step on the field and get in front of my goal, because it is where I feel the most comfortable and in my element. There is no where else I'd rather be.
