My name is Zoe Moretti and I’m currently a senior attending Pinckney Community High School. My passion for soccer outweighed all other sports I had been in, including basketball, cross country and track and field. I've focused on soccer exclusively in high school and club the past two years and have put the work in on off-seasons and in the gym to keep my edge.
I've been fortunate enough to play high caliber soccer with my club team, Legends FC, since I was 9 years old. My team is my reason for my hard work, determination, grit and complete love of the game - Legends FC 04 Girls Black (Ranked #1 in Michigan - GotSoccer), located in Brighton, Michigan. Most recently, our team has won our third consecutive Michigan State Cup Championship (2020, 2021 and currently 2022). In addition, we are playing this season (2022) in both the National League and National League PRO, as well as the SCNL (Select Clubs National League). Positionally, I primarily play as an attacking winger, but I am also a versatile team player who can meaningfully contribute in the midfield in both attacking and holding positions, as well as in a target role as a #9.
For High School, I will be returning to play my fourth Varsity season for Pinckney Community High School. In the 2018-2019 season, we won the SEC White Division championship for the first time in school history and I was proud to be a contributor on this historic team. COVID waylaid our 2019-2020 season, but upon returning last year we once again captured the SEC White Division Championship for the 2020/2021 season. I'm excited for my senior season!
