I’ve been playing soccer since I was 3 years old. I started with some rec leagues and then knew I needed to step up and play with in a more advanced setting. I started playing soccer for a club called the Carpathia Kickers. Playing for them really boosted my passion for the game. I played for them for a time while and then my team folded. It was one of the best teams i’ve played with and it really crushed me. I then moved to Mi Revolution which was a huge change. I played with them for a little over 3 years and then my dad unfortunately suffered a stroke and my mom needed me to play closer to home because of the new circumstances. I had heard through a few people on my high school team that they played for Fraser Soccer Club and I decided to try out there to 1. stay closer to home and 2. build relationships with girls on my high school team in the off season. It was definitely a change of pace from the level I played at in other clubs but I built better relationships and I am definitely enjoying playing more.
I want to play at a level where it is easy to stay bonded with my team and not let the wins and losses come between us. At Fraser we may not have the best stats but we always found a way to laugh after a rough game but also find ways to improve while we did it.
I’ve always held my self to high standards both academically and athletically. I take criticism and helpful comments very seriously and am always working to make myself better as a student athlete on and off the field. I am dedicated to the game of soccer and being a successful athlete while competing at the college level. I am grateful for having such an amazing support system that gave me the opportunity to make it to this level.
This year my coach has addressed that he wants to move me up to the left wing but will move me back to defense if needed. I am excited for this new experience as I havent had much experience up top. In my videos you will most likely see a mix of me playing both position.
