Leah Brown '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Leah Brown, I have played soccer since I was 5 years old and it’s been a long time dream of mine to play at a collegiate level. Soccer has taught me things about myself that I would not have known had I never played. I was voted captain for my Premier 1 club team and through that, I have discovered that I am capable of being a good leader and support system for my teammates. I have also discovered that I am able to push and motivate myself when it comes to the things I love. Balancing soccer and school my entire life has been tough but has taught me a lot about time management and responsibility. For the last couple years, I have dedicated some of my time outside of soccer to help coach younger rec teams within my club. Although I’m not exactly sure what I want to study in college yet, my goal is to find a school that will provide me with a strong education for whatever I may choose and one that will fit my expectations as a soccer player.
