Lola Baudek '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lola Baudek, a 2021 graduate from La Crescent High School in La Crescent, MN. I am a midfielder on Southern Minnesota Select U18. I have been a starting midfielder for my high school and club teams for as long as I can remember, but I can play any position. Dedicated, hard working, team player with GRIT is the best way to describe me on and off the field. My coaches have said I am a tenacious, intelligent player that has the ability to see the field in a way a lot of players cannot.  Being a starter on my high school varsity team since 7th grade has helped me become a strong leader and I am always looking for ways to improve my leadership as co-captain of my high school team. Being a dedicated student is important to me. I have a 3.8 GPA and I continue to challenge myself with honors and AP courses in school. This past October I was honored to be inducted into the National Honor Society. I have strong values and a compassionate heart, which makes volunteering important to me. This summer I will attend my fourth week long  Workcamp Mission Trip. This year we are headed to Imperial, Pennsylvania. I also enjoy being a Junior Class Officer, Lancer Link Leader and Volunteer Youth Soccer Coach. Staying active and spending time outdoors are how I like to spend my free time.
