I started playing soccer when I was in 5th grade after my grandma bought me shin guards for Christmas. Ever since I went to my first soccer practice I fell in love with the sport and wanted to work hard to get better. That attitude still hasn’t changed. I strive for excellence both on and off the field. On the field, I lead by example by perfecting my skills and embolden my team's capability. Off the field, I support my peers but also stay in a competition mindset to outshine others. With being a strong leader, making tight connections with my peers is a very important step for me in being part of a team. If we wish to be winners we have to do it together and not as individuals.
