My name is Madeline (Maddie) Hobbs and I am passionate about soccer. I just received a DII offer from a school. I have played soccer since I was 8 years old. I feel that I am easy to coach, take constructive criticism well and work hard to improve in areas my coach feels necessary. I can lead the team and create plays with my ability to see the field and anticipate where to put the ball.
I currently play for MN Eclipse in the Girls Academy League and my club is part of the Mid-America conference. I am one of two players selected to represent MN Eclipse on the Girls Academy Advisory Panel (GAAP) two years in a row and I look forward to the opportunity to be a voice for all players in my club through this incredible platform.
I am a committed player and I work hard to optimize my training so I can reach my fullest potential. My goal is to play Div. I collegiate soccer but I remain open to all opportunities. Most important to me is to find a school that fits academically. School is very important to me and I am a dedicated student. I have always maintained a 4.0 GPA , have taken honors courses, and am currently a full time Post Secondary Education Option (PSEO) student taking college courses. I eventually want to attend medical school and become a doctor.
