Kamryn Klinger '22 Recruiting Profile

Stepping onto the pitch and giving my all to the sport I have played since the age of four, is the highlight of my day. The successes that my Team and I have had over the years, along with my own individual achievements and growth from within, can be attributed to the work that I have put into the game. Soccer has been my rock throughout times of turbulence in my life both on and off the Pitch, where I can simply be an athlete striving to work on my craft. Whether it be taking extra shots in a hypothetical situation to win the game, laying off that perfect pass to a teammate in a better position for goal success, coming up with quicker feet than my opponent and shutting down an offensive break with the game on the line, or taking on that last defender to setup a game winning shot...soccer allows me to engage in the creativity side of my personality. I am a dedicated, hard-working defensive player who is willing to leave it all on the field. As a scholar athlete devoted to attending a four year university and playing collegiate level soccer, I am committed in the classroom as a 4.0 student and as a starter on my current club team LVSA '02/03 Red DPL.
