Hi,
My Name is Avery Morin, class of 2024 at Goffstown High School in Goffstown, NH. I have a 3.6 GPA. I am a member of Rho Kappa, Future Business Leaders of America and Student Ambassadors at my school.
I’ve played Varsity soccer for D1 at Goffstown High School in NH since freshman year. I’ve been a starter all 4 years. I mostly play outside back or center midfield for my high school team.
I have played club soccer since I was 9. I first played for GPS NH, I now play for Seacoast United on the 06 DPL team. I have played different positions for my club teams including defensive DCM, attacking CM, outside back, and wing. I am a versatile player and have learned how to play every position on the field, so coaches are able to move me around when needed.
I would say that my strengths are my foot skills, being able to use both feet comfortably when passing and shooting, and flexibility of playing any position needed.
I work very hard to succeed on and off the field. I strive for good grades in school. I have dyslexia which makes schoolwork harder for me, but I don’t let that get in my way. I seek out help and complete extra credit when needed to maintain my grades.

- As my first year playing high school and a freshman on Varsity, I had to work hard to earn my playing time. The first 4 games I worked very hard on the pitch to earn more playing time. As of game #%, I started and played every minute of every game thereafter.
