Hi! My name is Grace Stewart, and I'm a middle to long-distance runner on the Hanover High School Track and Field and Cross Country teams. I attend Hanover High School, where I take multiple Honors classes. On the track and trails, I pride myself on my endurance, strategic pacing, and competitive drive. I excel in events ranging from the 800m to the 5K, which allows me to contribute in various competitions throughout the year. My ability to maintain strong form while pushing through fatigue sets me apart as a distance runner. I am skilled at finding that perfect balance between speed and endurance, knowing exactly when to make strategic moves during races to maximize my performance. I am excited about the idea of taking my running to the next level and competing in college. I can't wait to bring my training discipline, determination, and love for fitness to a collegiate program!
