I am a 5’6” defender from Londonderry, NH, and have been playing club soccer since I was 9. Soccer has always been my favorite sport, although I really loved the 100, 200 and long jump in track and field.
Playing soccer at the college level has been my goal for a long time and I am working hard to get good grades and develop my game to achieve that goal. I think my athleticism, competitiveness, speed, ability to read the field and make good decisions during a game, and coach-ability have always been my greatest strengths. I’ll work hard the entire game to help my team win and will always encourage my teammates.
Playing soccer at the ECNL level has been an awesome opportunity. The level of competition has helped me push myself to be a better player and I think will help me be better prepared to play soccer at the college level. I've also loved playing for my high school team and representing my school and town. I've started on the varsity high school team since my freshman year, and was a tri-captain my junior year. As part of the 2014 ODP NH State team, I was had a chance to participate in 3 player pools at the regional camp and learned a lot about myself as a player and my goals from that experience.
I’d like to attend a school that has a strong science program where I can make an impact on the team early in my college career.
