Aracely Vazquez '24 Recruiting Profile

I first started playing soccer at the age of six years old and it slowly became my passion.  I knew then that I would try my best to play in college.  I am looking to be a part of a program that will push me to be better every day.  I want to make an impact on my future team.  I want to win titles and grow as both a soccer and a person.

As well as continuing my soccer career, I want to pursue a career in the medical field, either nursing, physician assistant, or ultrasound technician.  Similarly to the pitch, I work equally as hard in the classroom.  I am a student-athlete and believe I can't get where I want to be without my studies.

I am a team player and natural leader; I am driven, coachable, goal-orientated, smart, positive, loyal, and persistent.  I tend to work as hard as I can to achieve my goals.  In addition to soccer and my aspirations, I am involved in my church and my faith is a significant part of who I am.
