Hello, my name is DayVonna Gill. I am a hardworking, dedicated, and intelligent student athlete. I am one of the most hard working and respectful recruits you will find. I expect to continue my hard work when I go to college, academics is first and then soccer comes after. I know that in order for me to get to a top D1 college I have to have outstanding academics, I will do whatever it takes to get there.I am open to all colleges.
I play for the NJ Wildcats with Kevin McDermott. I am a starting freshman on varsity at Long Branch High School, I am the top leading scorer for the lady wave soccer team at Long Branch with 4 goals. I play right mid for Long Branch High School, and Center Defense for the NJ Wildcats. I train with UST Soccer Training, with Fausto Klinger, and in the winter I play 5 vs 5 with UST Soccer Training.
I can play any position that I am asked to play, and I play it great. I'm very dependable, and also able to get along with anyone. I am devoted to the sport, willing to train with different clubs to make myself better, and I practice by myself when I don't have any other practices to attend.I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field.
I am a great role model, and I encourage my teammates to do their best at all times and never give up. I'm a beast on the field and will never put my head down, I am very strong with remarkable ball skills/control. I keep my grades up at all times, I study hard to maintain grades over a 90. As a freshman I take honor classes and an AP class.
Sincerely, DayVonna Gill a dedicated athlete
