Hello my name is Vivienne Calle, Class of 2022! I am an attacking midfielder, starter, and captain on Varsity for my hometown High School, North Bergen Bruins. We finished this season off 13-3 all conference and made it to the county finals against Kearny held in Red Bull Arena! I found this to be such a great experience especially right before transitioning into college level soccer considering we played in a professional stadium. It felt amazing to be surrounded by such a beautiful atmosphere, It felt natural being there and I was very grateful to have ended off my senior year at such an amazing arena. Academically, I attend Hudson County Schools of Technology which is a Specialized High School. I applied my 8th grade year and got accepted majoring in Design and Fabrication. I would say my academics are very important to me and most of my classes are As and high Bs, giving me a 3.6 out of 4.5 GPA. My high school is very challenging when it comes to academics therefore I believe it has a big effect on my future and is preparing me for college! I plan to major in Exercise Science/ Criminal Justice. I also traveled to #1 seed Florida State University this summer and attended the Soccer ID camp. I was astonished to see so much talent in one place and fit in right away! I was able to get the opportunity to talk to other coaches as well as train with some of the players. This was an eye opener and set high expectations for what college soccer has to offer! My goal is to play the sport I love at a college level as well as be satisfied with my academic studies. My highlights from the camp are above along with my high school highlights!
