My whole life has been soccer and I love it. One of my goals is to play in college and I believe that my skill set and many years of experience will help me to achieve that goal. For example:I am confident using both feet with passing and taking goal kicks. One of my strengths is my distribution, throwing specifically. I plan to continue to work hard to improve myself as a goalkeeper and as a forward throughout the rest of my time as a soccer player. I will continue to work with my private trainers who help me work on fitness and soccer skills. I will also continue to work hard in school to better myself academically.
I have been playing soccer since I was five and have been a goalie since I was seven. Over the years I have played on many different teams of different levels. I started my club experience at YMS (Yardley Makefield Soccer) and I played with that team for four years. I also started playing for ODP (Olympic Development Program) during my last year at YMS. For ODP, I played for their state team and regional pool. After that I moved on to play for a year with NJ RUSH while continuing to play for ODP. During my last year of ODP and my first year at NJ RUSH my spring season got cut short due to COVID-19. As I continued to train at home throughout the spring and summer I was invited to try out for SJEB RUSH’s (which is now SJEB FC) 2005 girls academy team. I tried out for the team and ended up liking it a lot at the time so that fall I started playing as one of their goalies. During that same fall season I started my freshman year at The Hun School of Princeton where I was the starting varsity goalie. Halfway through my very short season I injured my wrist and was out for a month and a half. During the time of my injury my high school coach played me as a striker where I scored two goals. After my high school season ended I continued to play for SJEB RUSH until I realized it was not the team for me. So, after my spring season I chose to try out for and join the FC BUCKS ENCL RL team, which I currently play for. Currently, I am a Senior at the Hun School of Princeton and starting varsity goalie.
