Cleo Grignard '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello I am Cleo Grignard,  I am a class of 2022 goalkeeper that has been ranked Second team non-public,  have been voted top 20 players  in the shore conference, and have also been placed in the top 50 goalkeeper in New Jersey all since taking on the starting varsity role my sophomore year at Red Bank Catholic Highschool. In the 2019-2020 fall season I lead my team to a record of 17-2-1 out of the 17 wins 11 were complete shut outs. My goal is to continue playing soccer for as long as I possibly can, but also to find a school that is compatible with my athletic capabilities and academic goals.  What I learned from participating in the first girls US DA season on Cedar Stars Academy (Monmouth) was developing the ability to communicate and direct on the field.   This allowed me to have an upper hand when competing for the starting spot as a freshmen.  As for academics I have made Honor roll for over half of my high school career and was awarded Academic Excellence in 2018.
