I have been playing soccer since I was three years old and have loved to play ever since I stepped my foot on the field. I am a very dedicated person when it comes to majority of things for example, school and sports. I started travel soccer at 10 years old, then went to premiere for about two years, and now I will be on the GU19 travel team for Lakefront SC in Webster, NY. Soccer was always fun for me and still is. It help me get my mind off things and keeps me in shape. Playing in college was always a huge goal for me since I was 10 years old . Being able to watch the USA women’s national team on TV inspired me to push myself in order to achieve my dream and play in college. I am a very outgoing person which helped me make a lot of great friends through soccer. Soccer also taught me how to be a great team leader and team player. I always make sure to bring my team together after a lost and win. I also care about my academics, along with my sports, very much because I always believed that the name “Student Athlete” was a combined name meant to describe a person who not only cares about their sport but also keeps their academics a priority which I definitely do. I am ranked top 10 in my class and always keep my grades in the nineties. In 7th grade I had the opportunity to take accelerated classes which meant I would be taking the classes above my grade level. This past year, as a sophomore, I took three 11th grade classes, I took Algebra 2, English 11, and Chemistry, this year I will be taking Gemini Biology and Pre-Calculus.
