Hi! My name is Lesly Mejia I am currently a student at Jordan matthews high school in a small town in Siler City, Nc. I play in the wing and centermidfielder area. I have been playing soccer since I was thirteen years old, my older brother is the one who introduced me to the love for soccer I would have never thought that I would love something as much as I do. He has giving me the inspiration to keep on pursuing my dreams and to never give up because you can accomplish anything as long as you want it bad enough. I want to go to college to pursue a career in the medical field and it would be a dream come true if I got the opportunity to play soccer for a college team. From my soccer experience I have learned many lessons one of them is always give 100% in every game you have to give it your all even when loosing, your mentality is what defines the game and what guides you when playing. Seeing many of my favorite soccer players on TV makes me think one day I can be like them being in a field full of people that come just to watch me. I would love to be part of a college soccer team; I am a fast learner, disciplined player and teammate, creative and has passion for the beautiful game.
