My name is Alex Gibson I am a junior at Ada High School. I have been apart of the ODP state team for two years. Soccer has taught me how to be truly committed to something and how good it feels to accomplish my goals after working so hard. My goals for college are, to play as a freshmen and to be apart of a team that competes for championships. Being a apart of both club and high school has taught me how to focus on my school work while also finding time to practice and improve on soccer year round. I believe that a team should lift each other up, on and off the field while staying focused and getting better.
I would like to attend a university that is going to allow me to have a good balance of soccer and academics. I am open to looking at all areas of the country and I am looking for a university has that environmental biology. My current academic accomplishments include being apart of Beta club in middle school and being co captain of my high school quiz bowl team. I am looking for a strong academic school and I'm committed to striving for execellence on the field and in the classroom.
